Does Expat Auto provide this service and where is the car stored?
Currently Expat Auto does not have the facilities to be able to provide this service onsite, but we have partnered with a company that does. We will put you in direct contact with the storage facility.

How long will it take to deliver a car?
This is dependent on which trailer option you choose and how far away you are. Multi-car trailers have to wait for a trailer to fill with cars first.
Does the transport company have insurance in case of an accident?
Yes! We would suggest you have your own insurance policy for double protection though.
What are the different trailer options?
Multi-car trailer (major cities, set pickup location), and individual car slide truck (anywhere in Thailand, home delivery)
How far from Expat Auto can you offer the towing service?
Anywhere in Thailand! We partner with towing services all over the country to be able to provide this service. You might also want to consider a 24/hr roadside assistance policy which will cover you for this kind of thing and the yearly cost is about the same price as one towing. See more details here.
How far from Expat Auto do you offer pickup and/or delivery services?
Approximately 30 km. would be the limit. The service fee is standard up to 5 km., then extra for each additional km. Ask google for directions from Expat Auto to your house pin and subtract the first 5 km. to see the # of additional km. you will be charged for.
Does the service call fee include labor for fixing a problem onsite?
The service call fee is collected regardless of the problem being able to be repaired onsite or not. Parts and or labor to fix the problem onsite will be an additional cost.
How do you charge if I need a service call and you find out the car has to be towed back?
If towing is required then the towing service is an additional cost to the service call as we use a third party service for towing.
