I purchased a car from Expat auto about 7 months ago and have been so pleased with the car and their professionalism. They made all of the paperwork easy and helped me purchase car insurance.I have put 16k kilometers on this vehicle in that short time and there have been no issues with it.Very much recommend, especially if it’s your first time buying a car in Thailand.

We recently sold our Toyota Avanza to Expat Auto and had an honestly outstanding experience. We were under a lot of pressure to sell quickly and needed quite a bit of help with paperwork and the car itself. Even with all the complications, they never tried to take advantage of us. Instead, they were fair, patient, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They offered a genuinely fair price, handled everything professionally, and made a stressful situation much easier for us.A personal thank you from our family for the kindness and fairness you showed us during a difficult moment. We truly appreciate it.Highly recommended!

For any Expat, don't waste your time with the local dealers etc. Walt from Indiana and Tom who works part time as a fashion model are great guys.

Amazing experience with Expat Auto from start to finish. The entire team is fluent in English, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Manager, Tom was very friendly and professional and Rob, who also helped with documents, amazing as well..They offered a very reasonable price for my car, and their used car inventory is huge with all kinds of options available if anyone needs to buy a reliable used car. What really stood out was how easy they made the whole process—they handled all the paperwork with no additional fees at all. I dropped off my car in the morning, signed the documents, and the money was already in my account by 3 PM the same day.Fast, transparent, and professional. Highly recommend Expat Auto in Chiang Mai

I’m leaving a 5-star review because the 2021 Swift I purchased is in good condition and the price was fair. The staff were also friendly and helpful during the initial buying process. However, I recently had a bit disappointing experience regarding a service inquiry. I contacted them via LINE to schedule a routine service and oil change, and they initially replied promptly. However, once I followed up with a question about whether they could assist with my insurance renewal, they completely stopped responding. My message was read but ignored for a full day. I sent a follow-up, but again, I was ignored for another day. When I finally messaged them to say I would take my business elsewhere due to the lack of response, the only reply I received was a Spiderman "Yes Sir" sticker. There was no apology and no explanation for the silence.Perhaps I am being too particular, and I don't wish to lower their overall rating since the car itself is working well for now and other customers had a good experience with the company. But personally, I felt mocked by the dismissive response at the final stage. While the car itself is reliable, I will not be using their services again because I felt uncomfortable with their responce and simply don't want to risk a repeat of this kind of experience in the future.

Expat auto has helped me quickly and with excellent service. They even delivered my car to my house when the repairs were done, which was great since a live remote and can’t get a grab to collect my car. Thank you!

Excellent service. The staff are friendly and helpful and amswer queries clearly. We have purchased two cars from Expat and both have been very good.Their other services are prompt and carried out well.
