I’m leaving a 5-star review because the 2021 Swift I purchased is in good condition and the price was fair. The staff were also friendly and helpful during the initial buying process.However, I recently had a bit disappointing experience regarding a service inquiry. I contacted them via LINE to schedule a routine service and oil change, and they initially replied promptly. However, once I followed up with a question about whether they could assist with my insurance renewal, they completely stopped responding.My message was read but ignored for a full day. I sent a follow-up, but again, I was ignored for another day. When I finally messaged them to say I would take my business elsewhere due to the lack of response, the only reply I received was a Spiderman "Yes Sir" sticker. There was no apology and no explanation for the silence.Perhaps I am being too particular, and I don't wish to lower their overall rating since the car itself is working well for now and other customers had a good experience with the company. But personally, I felt mocked by the dismissive response at the final stage. While the car itself is reliable, I will not be using their services again because I felt uncomfortable with their responce and simply don't want to risk a repeat of this kind of experience in the future.

Expat auto has helped me quickly and with excellent service. They even delivered my car to my house when the repairs were done, which was great since a live remote and can’t get a grab to collect my car. Thank you!

Excellent experience. Very low kilometer pickup truck still under factory warranty dealer also offers a one-year powertrain warranty included. I worked with Robert he was very easy to negotiate with and a super simple transaction.Highly recommend

Super helpful helped me cut holes in bed liner for truck so I could use factory tie downs , literally a 100 bht tip to guys , very nice 👍
