"We had to relocate quickly out of country and Expat Auto really saved us time and trouble. They called us back immediately to do a preliminary assessment. They let us know what documents they would need and how things would be handled. On the day they picked up the bikes, Elijah had all the necessary paperwork and walked us through each document. The fact we could leave knowing that the bikes would be maintained and kept safe while waiting to sell was a great relief. Elijah emailed us about any potential buyers and help negotiate the deal. Both bikes sold within a couple of weeks for good prices. Elijah handled all the paperwork for us and the money was deposited straight to our account. "A few months ago we had two vehicles that we had to sell. Our family was smaller now so we had a van to sell. We also had an older 4-WD pickup we were needing to trade or sell in order to buy a regular truck. We contacted Expat Auto and they took the vehicles, checked them over and evaluated the conditions such as age, mileage etc., and fixed a reasonable price on these. In 3 months both of these vehicles were sold for very close to our price that we were asking. Follow up payments have been worked out to be flexible and compatible with the buyer while protecting us so that no abuse would occur. Car Finding Service
"In September I wanted to buy a second hand car. I knew exactly what I wanted; a Isuzu MU7, diesel, automatic. Preferred color pearl white or light brown, maximum 6 years old. I don't read or speak Thai, and I am not an expert on cars, so I needed professional help. Because I rented cars several times from Expat Auto, I knew that I could really trust them. I had confidence in their technical knowledge of cars and I knew I could trust them with prices and money. The procedure was that we made a "vehicle finding service agreement" and after some deliberation we agreed on the specifications and I gave them a deposit to start the locating process. We had contact several times and they sent me pictures and descriptions of the cars they were looking at. They had a critical eye and showed me very openly the stronger and weaker points of the suggested cars. Within about a week we found a really beautiful light brown MU-7, automatic, turbo diesel, leather seats, very complete.....and only 43.000 KM on the odometer. I then sent them the remaining funds and they purchased it and ran it through their inspection and made a few repairs. It was and is a real beauty, and a strong solid car. I asked several other "experts" and everyone agreed it's a really good car and the price was very reasonable for the condition and mileage. The Isuzu garage was also able to confirm the mileage accuracy. According to the contract, I had a 4 month warranty. When one day there was a problem with the LCD screen on the sound system, it was changed for a new one without any hesitation or complaints. I am very happy with my MU-7, and I can recommend every expat and non-expat to draw Expat Auto into your plan to buy a car, and can recommend them as a fair and reliable partner in business." - Jo Beerkens"Thank you sincerely for your fantastic service and for finding me such a great car.
